I recently learned, the hard way, about fiberglass in mattresses. 😩😩 Long story short, we ended up unknowingly contaminating our entire home with fiberglass. It created an extremely stressful mess with days of feeling uncomfortable and lots of googling! 😳 We ended up chucking our old mattress and purchased a new fiberglass free one from bearmattress 😴 Now, here’s the friendly advice I have for you – always, and I mean always, triple check the material your mattress & cover is made of. Trust me, you don’t want to go through what we went through. 🫠 So, stay smart and stay safe when it comes to mattress materials! 🙌

Love this mattress I can never feel my partner move in the night! As a side sleeper it was a little too firm for my hips but a mattress topper solved that issue. Great customer service as well. Lastly there was not any odor from this mattress which I love!

Really like my Bear Original mattress! The first few days I thought it was a little too firm, but turns out I just needed a short adjustment period. I no longer wake up with a sore lower back and I’ve been sleeping like a baby. I had almost bought the Nectar mattress, but am glad I got the Bear instead. It was less expensive too!

We rate the Firm at 7, the Medium at 6, and the Soft at 5. If you are torn between which feel is best for you, we recommend Medium. With over 80% of sleepers preferring a mattress with a firmness rating between 5.5 and 7.5, the Medium falls right in that sweet spot.
