We're pretty stoked on this playlist, if we do say so ourselves. We've found hip hop to be among the most motivating workout music, not only because of the message but because of the intensity of the beats. Hip hop is easy to keep tempo with, and we're all about the fierce motivation that comes from particular artists. We've put together our favorite songs -- both old favorites and new hits -- to keep you focused at the gym.
We also ended this playlist with a healthy dose of Drake. We can't help it, it's a scientific fact that Drake works as really great cool down music.
